The sound is late on Bluetooth
Wireless audio arrives 150–250 ms late and is compressed on the way. Balance and loudness are fine to judge; check the top end and the timing on wired headphones.
Which export format should I use?
WAV 24-bit for the master, AAC or MP3 for sharing. Encoding can raise peaks slightly — a limiter ceiling of −1 dBTP is safe.
Open-source code
MP3 export uses LAME under the GNU LGPL. Ask at the same address for the LAME sources and the app's object files to link it with another LAME.
